SIMcubator is an incubator that enables change by helping local social entrepreneurs who want to found startups in Rwanda and Bangladesh. Throughout the incubation program, we will advise, support, and challenge these entrepreneurs by providing world-class training, mentorship, workspace, and access to resources.

We are 11 students from the 21st cohort of the Master in Strategy and International Management (SIM) program at the University of St. Gallen.
We are passionate about positively impacting start-up ecosystems in Bangladesh & Rwanda.

SIMcubator runs incubation programs in Bangladesh and Rwanda in cooperation with local hubs. We enable change by backing local, social entrepreneurs who want to create meaningful change in their country. Throughout the incubation program, we will advise, support, and challenge entrepreneurs by providing world-class training, mentorship, workspace, access to further resources, and a strong network.

Enhancing the local education system with local ideas
Empowering women by paying special attention to start-ups with female founders or addressing needs of women
Enable incubees to develop their ideas and enhance their viability to pitch them to promising investors
